And all the little atheists shout horray! The matha-magician had gotten rid of that pesky start of the universe by making time dissappear....

Time is a psychological phenomenon? I'm sure that he has some high faluting math to back this up but really - there is no time?... I know quite a few two and three year olds who could argue against this easily. As I have said before Alex, this may be a theoretical problem but I would emphasise theoretical. Or is this another case like your great evangelist Dawkin's, deliberately putting aside what is apparent to all and sundry so that his ends can be served?

Hawkins is intelligent but even the most brilliant can be wrong or deceptive. So why should we trust this as the final word on the matter re God? Science in many other places confirms deity, and in the world of theoretical physics the "final word" changes daily. God on the other hand...

"God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind." Num 23:19

"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change." Jam 1:17

CASE - now with holiness said...

The psychological arrow of time is well established, or don't you realise that you only remember information because the entropy of the universe flows in one direction and not the other.

Think about it, if you can't use energy to order a memory then your memories would be created with less energy than the memory actually contains.

No one is forcing you to believe Hawkings. I am simply showing you what other people think.
